Baby Broccoli can be prepared and served in several
ways. It can be an appetizer or accompaniment to
something cooked or grilled. It is equally delicious
steamed or boiled until crunchy-tender, 2-3 minutes
with no more than salt and lemon vinaigrette or
melted butter or hollandaise sauce. For Asian cuisine,
it can be slant cut like asparagus and stir-fried,
or boiled, cooled then chilled, serve with dressing
such as an oyster sauce blend. |
